The Public Articles Page allows you to share your “visible” Wiki articles with your customers on a web page. This is typically embedded into an iFrame within your website. See here for more info about embedding into your site.
The URL for your Articles page can be found under Admin -> My Portal tab. You also have the option to enable or disable this feature. On the “My Portal” Tab, there is a setting labeled “Allow Access To Public Articles”.

The Wiki’s are displayed in tree structure on the Articles portal just like they are within the TeamSupport app. Below is an example of the Articles portal.
