TeamSupport offers a powerful search tool which allows you to find Tickets, Knowledgebase, and Wiki articles quickly. You can also perform advanced filters and sorting to better narrow down your search.

Click the Search section on the left hand navigation, then type a keyword or phrase into the Search box.

The results include an icon that represents a Ticket, Knowledge Base, Wiki, Customer Notes, Product Versions, Tasks, or Water Cooler.

You can search for everything by clicking “All” in the right hand menu, or you can select just one or a few. If you need to drill down even further, you can add as many filters and sorts as you like.

It is important to note that as you modify the advanced options to the right, your search results will refresh for you automatically.
