To setup time tracking, go to ADMIN -> CUSTOM PROPERTIES tab. TeamSupport allows you to track time spent on each ticket. You can elect to track time on each action, or pick and choose which action (or entry) types that you would like to track time against. Note: Time Tracking has been turned on for all Actions by default. To configure time tracking, go to the Admin section of TeamSupport and select the custom properties tab and select Action Type from the pull down menu. From here, you have the option to add a new action type for time tracking, or edit an existing action type to track time spent. |
