Ticket Grid

Each ticket grid throughout TeamSupport is laid out in the same fashion.  The upper section provides quick tabs, actions and a ticket grid.  Selecting a ticket within the grid will display the contents of that ticket in the lower section of the form.
    
  • Open Tickets:  Displays a list of all your tickets that are currently assigned to you.
  • Closed Tickets:  Displays all closed tickets assigned to you.
  • All Tickets:  Displays all tickets regardless of status.
  • Sort data in each column by clicking on the column header.
  • Open a ticket by clicking on the little blue folder on the far left.
