A user may subscribe to any ticket in TeamSupport simply by clicking the Star in the grid display..... Or from within a ticket here: When you are subscribed to a ticket, you will be notified via e-mail every time the ticket changes. This is a great way to keep track of important tickets. The owner of a ticket will also be notified by e-mail whenever a ticket is updated. AutoSubscribe To Tickets In addition to manually subscribing to tickets, you can automatically subscribe to all tickets you create. Often times, TeamSupport users will create tickets and then assign them to others on the team. This will save you a step in having to manually click the subscribe button. Of course, you can unsubscribe anytime you like by simply clicking the Unsubscribe button in the ticket grid tool bar. To auto subscribe: 1. Go to the users section and select yourself. 2. From the User Information Tab, click Edit User. 3. Check the box labeled "Automitcally subscribe to new tickets" and then click save. The next time you create a ticket, you will be subscribed to it. If you need to see a list of tickets you are subscribed to, go to the reports section and select the report labeled Open tickets I am subscribed to. Note - All outbound emails that are sent by TeamSupport are fully customizable. Learn more by reading here. |
