TeamSupport allows users to attach files to Tickets and Customers. Common Ticket attachments are screen shots and performance logs used to help resolve problems. In addition, you have the option to attach files to customers (Support Desk and Enterprise only). Attach Service contracts, system diagrams (such as Visio or AutoCad) or anything else you desire. To attach a file to a ticket, simply open the ticket and click the Log Action button and click the attach file like - see below: |
