The main form of TeamSupport consists of the following:

1. "In the office" status indicator.  This allows each user the option to notify others that you are available and in the office.  This is generally used to let people know if you are out of the office on a business trip or vacation.

2. There is also a message box where users can write a brief note about what they are working on, or any other message they would like displayed next to their name in the User list.  For example, if you are on a sales trip you would uncheck the "I am in the office" checkbox and type "On sales trip to see client xyz" in the text box.  You can also use this as a generic status box to update what you are working on.

3. Administrative users may select the “My Account” button which will display information about the TeamSupport account.  Here you can add more user seats or portal seats.  You can also change the version of TeamSupport you are using (Enterprise, Professional & Basic).  Finally, you can update your company contact and billing information.

Selecting the Sign Out button will log the user out of TeamSupport and return to the login page.

4. The left side of the application displays a list of navigation buttons which direct the user to the specific area of interest.  The available buttons will depend on the version of TeamSupport you are using.  In this display, you can see everything available in the Enterprise solution.

5. The "Create New Ticket" button is a quick link which brings up the new ticket dialog.

6. Right below the Create New Ticket button is a Quick Search dialog.  Simply type in the word(s) you are looking for and a list of matching tickets will be displayed in the pulldown.  Clicking on one of the tickets will open it up.  For more advanced searching you can also use the Search button on the left.
