TeamSupport allows you to keep up with your customers and tickets from any mobile device. From your smartphone web browser, go to m.teamsupport.com and log in with the same credentials you use for the main app.  Once logged in, you will see the home page where you can create, search and view tickets, and also look up customers and see their tickets.  |
