Public KB

To use the public knowledge base on your site, point a link on your website to your public knowledge base URL (Admin->My Portal).  Most TeamSupport customers embed this portal into an iframe so that it appears to be a part of your website.  You can see a live example here

Tickets that appear on this knowledge base are those you have marked as "Is Knowledge Base" and "Is Visible on Portal".




When a topic is clicked, the user will get a screen like this:




Knowledge Base Reporting
 
In the Reports section of TeamSupport, the report titled "Knowledge Base Traffic" will show you information about the recent visitors to your Knowledge Base.  The information in this report includes the article they viewed, what search term they used to find the article, and the IP address of the user.
