The language in which the portals are displayed is based on your customers language settings within their browser. We accomplish this via the Google Translate API. It is important to note that you can add custom fields to the portal and those fields are not apart of the google translation. When you add the custom fields in your account on the tickets, you will have to label those fields in the language needed. To learn more about adding custom fields, see here.
